SITES WANTED · ACROSS THE UNITED KINGDOM
Make more of underused space.
Pristine Wash partners with landowners, asset managers, developers and property agents to bring suitable roadside and commercial space into productive long-term use.
A postcode is enough to start · Confidential initial review · No obligation
A STRAIGHTFORWARD PROPERTY RELATIONSHIP
You provide the space. We invest, develop and operate.
Pristine Wash funds approved car-wash developments, manages the development process and remains the direct operator. We are not a franchise network. The result is one operator, one accountable counterparty and one long-term commercial relationship.
We invest
The property owner is not asked to purchase or operate car-wash equipment.
We develop
We coordinate the site-specific design, planning, drainage and utility work for an approved scheme.
We operate
Pristine Wash retains day-to-day operating responsibility rather than passing it to a franchisee.
Long-term leasehold opportunities are sought. Terms of around 10–15 years may be considered, subject to site appraisal, planning, commercial agreement and contract.
LOOK ACROSS YOUR PORTFOLIO
The opportunity may already be in plain sight.

INITIAL SITE SCREEN
Promising fundamentals. Specialist review by us.
Typical opportunities are approximately 500–1,500m², although smaller exceptional sites can be considered. We look first at the commercial fundamentals—not a perfect technical pack.
Prominent roadside or commercial settings with good visibility.
Established traffic and a substantial residential or commercial catchment.
Clear entry and exit with a practical, self-contained configuration.
Practical access to mains water, three-phase power and a suitable foul-drainage solution is preferred.
FROM POSTCODE TO DECISION
A clear first review. No engineering homework.
- 1Send the location
A postcode, brochure link or short note is enough.
- 2We screen the opportunity
We review location, access, catchment, footprint and known constraints.
- 3We ask for what matters next
If the fundamentals fit, we guide the next stage and request only relevant information.
