Privacy notice
This notice explains how Pristine Wash uses personal information supplied through this website or in correspondence about a potential site.
Who we are
Pristine Wash is the controller of the personal information described here. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@pristinewash.co.uk.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, role, organisation, email address, telephone number, relationship to a property, site address or postcode, approximate site area and any information you include in an enquiry. We may also receive ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure the website.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use enquiry information to assess a potential location, respond to you, carry out due diligence, keep a record of discussions and, where appropriate, take steps towards a property agreement. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests in acquiring and developing suitable sites and, where discussions progress, taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We may also process information where necessary to comply with law.
Who receives it
Information is available only to Pristine Wash personnel and professional advisers or service providers who need it for site assessment, communications, legal compliance or secure website operation. We do not sell personal information. The production enquiry form is processed on the website host and sent to Pristine Wash; it is not sent to an undisclosed third-party form-processing service.
Retention
We keep initial enquiries only as long as reasonably necessary to assess and follow up the opportunity. If a site does not progress, we normally review the record for deletion within 24 months. Information connected with an active negotiation, agreement, legal requirement or dispute may be kept longer in line with the relevant purpose and limitation periods.
International transfers
We do not intentionally transfer enquiry information outside the United Kingdom through this website. Our hosting and email providers process information under their own lawful transfer arrangements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise a right, email us. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Required information and automated decisions
You are not legally or contractually required to make an enquiry. We need a name, reply email and location to assess and answer it. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.
Changes
We will update this page when our processing or legal obligations change.
