The website provides general information about Pristine Wash’s proposed site-acquisition and operating model. It is not an offer, tenancy, development agreement, investment advice or promise that a location will be accepted. Any transaction is subject to site-specific appraisal, approvals, due diligence, agreement of commercial terms and signed legal documents.

Illustrations and qualifications

Renders, diagrams, layouts, bay counts and process graphics are illustrative. Actual design, cost responsibilities, drainage, utilities, programme, planning strategy, rent and lease structure depend on the site and written agreement. “£0 landlord capital” refers only to the agreed Pristine Wash development scope and is not a promise to fund every possible infrastructure upgrade or third-party requirement.

Accuracy

We aim to keep information current but do not guarantee that every statement is complete or suitable for a particular property. You should obtain appropriate property, planning, environmental, engineering, financial and legal advice before relying on it.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, scrape it excessively or use it unlawfully. The broad hosting-provider acceptable-use template supplied with the legacy materials has not been republished because it described customer accounts and network services that this website does not provide.
